CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN
This
is it! It's almost here! Christmas and Years End!
I suppose I could do a year end special, but that might be too
predictable. Yet, everybody does a year in review.
Hope you liked the Christmas gifts,
Although it might be fun to rub the political Corrections noses in Hamilton Square, New Jersey.
Your Welcome!Hope you liked the Christmas gifts,
and your tax hikes!

Continuing with the Malaysia tour! Let's pickup where I left off.

I was teaching at the college in Penang. This college center here caters to a High Technology Curriculum.

This is an Internationale College that has British, Australian, and (Good Old) USA courses in Electrical Engineering, Business, and Accounting degrees. Offering Bachelors and Masters degrees in these specialized fields.
My students are from Korea and Singapore. There is a language barrier. I need to speak slow and clearly. Although, that doesn't make teaching any easier. However, I am satisfied the message/lesson is getting through. I still need reassurance that my students are comprehending my instructions.

Unlike some United States colleges, I'm here to teach, and not to preach. Too many higher learning institutions in the USA have more political agendas rather than teaching agendas. If I were a paying student in any of these, so called, high learning institutions, I might, no would, ask for my money back. It's not a education, but indoctrination. Visit the links for information.
Well, I don't preach that here. It's business and business only. My goal to to deliver the best knowledge and tools students need to be successful using my products.
Meanwhile....

There's lunch! I was invited to a local lunch spot that was really interesting.
Local Kine foods. This is where the local folks go for lunch. I must say, I was intrigued by the selections. You just find a table, order your food, and pay as you go!

Noodles in oyster sauce with dried anchovies and shrimp. I really liked it! I'm serious!
Noodles are a common dish here in south east Asia. In New Jersey, hey, it's pasta!
OK, that's not to your liking, then let's talk DINNER! It's back!
There's always a place that, well, makes the dinner experience!!! This case, The Bali Hai!
I ran into a friend of mine that's from Chicago here. I worked with this guy for years, and here we are in Malaysia!

At the Bali Hai restaurant!
Also....

Silvia, from the Singapore office. Thanks for all the help!

And me, Shaka included! A little aloha follows me everywhere.
LOOK!!!

FISH!

FISH!
Fresh Fish! On Ice!

Lobster! Rock Lobster!

Freshest Seafood, chicken, and just about anything you want is here!

Just pick out what you want and they'll cook it for you. You want steamed, fried, smoked, garlic, baked, you name it, they'll cook it! Ahhhh... so goood!
Anyway, all good things must come to an end!

The sun sets in Penang and I'm winding down to return home!

Penang city glows at night!
It's a long flight home and I can't wait to get back. I missed Michele's birthday, and I got to finish the flooring, and there's the Christmas party, and my sister Maureen is coming for a visit!! Auwe!
Some may think we came to Hawai'i to relax, but it's been busier than EVA!

Aloha for now.
